I had an idea for a Walmart-esque startup based on "Just Walk Out" technology from Amazon. Such a store wouldn't be limited to groceries like Amazon Fresh and Amazon Go.

Cool idea, what groceries are they currently missing and how will you implement to sell them too?
I believe the OP is looking to sell things other than groceries. From what I can tell, Amazon Fresh pretty much exclusively sells groceries. I don't think they're missing anything in that category.
Like the OP said, imagine a Walmart store with the technology of an Amazon Fresh store.

I just reread the OP's proposal. It sounds like they want to implement Amazon's "Just Walk Out" technology for their own store concept (which is apparently equivalent to a Walmart store). That would mean less room taken up by registers and less cashiers you need to actually hire. Some states in America still require you to offer cash.
